After more than 15 months preparing, the state of art coating line from Europe is now ready for production.

With the new features of the machine, we will provide the customer products in good quality, lower enlongation rate and perforect surface as well as weather resistance.

With the new features of the line and the unique technology from Hongyuan, all products is produced in one step including coating in several layers on both side, lacquering on both side, Maximum 4 color printing and embossing on each side. 

Maximum width of the product is 3.6 meter wide.
